Well, I am overdue for another entry! Not to start on a bad note but..I was sick today and last night and I've had some sickness all week soo I called off of work today and basically slept all day. And of course watched some good movies! I watched John Tucker Must Die and Wedding Crashers. Two awesome movies right there. And I have to say, I am feeling a bit better. Not to mention the phone call I received from Brittani helped. Yeah, I wish I wasn't sick so I could've went out with her! But she said next weekend can work so its okay! She was going out with her single guy friends. haha Oh yes, that should be fun! I guess that was just nice to hear after watching movies today with love in them, like every movie. lol I mean they either make you feel bad because you don't have anyone to love yet, make you happy because you have someone like that, mad because things haven't been working out for you, or hopeful because you know that there's someone out there that will make you feel that way someday. I think it's a conbination of all of those. But however you wanna look at it, it drives me crazy sometimes. I just wanna know so many things but I can't! I just need to be patient. That's my conclusion. lol
I think I really wanna find some good music to listen to or another good movie to watch. Yeahhh.
Overall, my life have been great though! Besides being sick, I <3 my friends and I am sure people get incredibly sick of hearing that but its true. And musical has been much better than other years. Maybe because we get to tap dance in it and I can actually do it and that I'm actually gonna be in a lot of it! And I have a few cool kids to talk to there that make it fun. And nooo more gym classes!! And new classes start on Tuesday! So I am pumped! That's pretty much all it takes to make me happy!

It's me again, finally! After not going on this for a few weeks.. I'm in the computer lab right now. Yeah, I have a Statistics test that I should be studying for but of course, I always end up going on the computer. I think I wanna make this my everyday study hall thing. Study hall gets old after a while but going on the computer makes it cool.
So a lot of things have happened lately, some good, some crappy, but mostly good. Lots of hanging out with my friends so that always makes things fun. haha As I write this, I hear Mrs. Loos and I bet you in about 10 minutes shes gonna walk over to talk to me. haha She always does that. But its okay because it's funny.
Last night was very nice for me though. I actually stayed home for once. lol I really needed a night to just chill and relax. And I watched The Perfect Man again..haha I really like that movie. Mostly because I like the message that it gives. The fact that there really is a perfect man out there. I guess it just gets really frustrating sometimes after having so many relationships that you thought would work out, but didn't. And you loose sight of the idea that one day, things will go right. Impatience doesn't help with that either. "I once heard that love is friendship on fire." I love that quote. It's so true in many ways. You can't be in a relationship if you weren't friends in the beginning. Never go into a relationship without establishing that. If it doesn't work out, then what can you fall on in the end? There's also the cases when you have a really good guy friend that turns into something more. Yeah, maybe you didn't like them in that way, maybe they aren't the most attractive, but you have fun with them. And I'm sure you can be yourself around them. That's another thing people do sometimes. Some people can goof around with their friends but can't with their boyfriend becuase he hasn't seen that side of her. I see that so much. Why don't you just act the same way around both? It will be better in the long run.
I sound like I'm preaching..lol But I guess I've grown up about these things and have thought about them in depth lately..
Another friend of mine, Scotty, has his own book. It's all about why people act the way they do. I was reading it last night and there was one example that caught me off guard for a while and made me think. He said finding a guy is like shopping for shoes. You look around at many places, trying to find the perfect fit. Sometimes it's too big, or too small. Sometimes, the shoe isn't comfortable. But you keep looking to find that perfect shoe. But sometimes, people just settle for the other shoes because they can't find anything else or that shoe is, quote "really cute". Yeah, you can buy the shoe that doesn't fit, but it can hurt you. It's like wearing a shoe that is too small for you. If you wear it, it hurts your foot. And the longer you wear it, the more it can hurt you and possibly cause permanent damage. Same with the wrong guy. You can't make the wrong guy fit because it will never work. But, there's the perfect shoe out there, it just takes some time to find. That's truly what I believe. Who wants a shoe that's gonna hurt your foot? And who wants a guy that's gonna hurt you? I know I don't. You gotta shop around and see what you like and what fits the best. Get rid of the ones that don't fit or that you have grown out of, and keep the ones that fit you good. The perfect shoe.
I hope someone reads this, and finds help from it. I know it helps me. You just can't settle for less and people need to know that.
Well, I might go do something productive? Or just go on another website..lol.

Lately, I've liked having this because its nice to get some things off my mind by talking about it. But..today isn't a good day..
Everyone in my house is yelling and calling people and not getting a call back doesn't make it any better.. So I'm on my computer and I predict that I'll get yelled at for in within a half hour..lol.
But later today, we are going to my cousin's house for a Christmas party. That's usually not too bad, sometimes boring but it could be worse and at least I don't have to be stuck at home like I am now.. plus my mom says that we may go to the new Kohls and Target there before their house so that will cheer me up. ( They live in Chippewa, Pa. Sp?) But yeah..the past few days have been crazy but thank god for my friends. They are so great and I always have fun with them. They're always there for me and I <3 them.
Christmas break so far...
Friday night- I think that was when Becky came over and I gave her my gift! Then Amber came over and we went to Denny's! Oh yeah
Saturday- Worked from 11 to 5 and rode the bus home. Then Amber came over and we finished her ornaments for my mom and Becky's mom. Then we just showed up at Bec's house and gave her mom the ornament and it was fun! lol
Sunday- Christmas Eve, which was extremely boring for me.. I had to go to mass twice because Sunday's mass didn't count for Christmas mass so I went to 8:00 mass, then we went to Eat 'n Park, then went to 4:00 Christmas Mass. And basically, between all of that, I sat on the computer because I was jailed in my house. lol But in the evening, we watched home videos of Christmas from when we were little, haha It was pretty funny.
Monday- Christmas! Yeah, basically the only sweet thing about it was I got a digital camera. We went over my grandmas' houses and it was a pretty good day.
Tuesday- I had work from 11 to 3:30 but that was cool cause Becky came to visit me! Soo after that I rode the bus home and called up Amber and we hung out, and went to some random places and then eventually to Lauren's house and Bec, Lauren, Amber, and me hung out! Yeah, they are so awesome, it was fun!
Soo, I don't have any work until Saturday!! I am so pumped! Tomorrow should be fun too because my mom is having everyone over the house tomorrow night, which is.. My Grandma, Aunt Patty, Uncle Tom, cousins Steven and Tim, possibly their girlfriends, my neighbor, Becky's mom and dad, Becky, Lauren, Amber, and possibly some others soo yeah, I am excited!
But yeah, that's basically it for now! I'm sure I'll be on sometime soon again!
haha, Wow, my last entries are so funny cause they are soo old! It's hilarious, haha. Yeah, there's some bad memories and some good ones but its funny to read them cause I just feel different than I was back then..like a better Mel!
Anyways...my evening was pretty good. Amber and Bec came over my house and they opened Christmas presents and we chilled. Then we went to Denny's and ate soo much food. haha, They are awesome.

Wow, its been a while since I wrote in this! I thought I'd bring it back for old times sake.
I could write about how the fall season was, but I'd much rather
talk about more recent stuff, fall was good. Thats about it, haha.
Soo, I had a pretty awesome weekend! We
had Friday off so that made it extra good. Thursday night was pretty
uneventful but it was nice to just relax. Then, Friday morning, I was
supposed to go and get my driver's permit (yes, I still haven't got
that) but I decided not to go cause I didn't feel that I would do that
well on it so I just didn't bother. Then, me and my mom went out to the
store and I got some awesome tops, my new purse, and went thrifting
too! haha Then in the evening, I went out with Allen! We went
to see Zathura and then to the mall after and it was an awesome night
Then on Saturday, I worked from 11 to 5 and then ended up working
over until 7. It was actually kinda fun except one customer there
yelled at me!! Ohh well, at least my paycheck tomorrow will be awesome!
It's
definitely not a huge amount of money but it's gonna be the biggest
paycheck I've ever had. Anyways, after that my mom just picked me up
and I watched Laguna Beach all night. haha I was exhausted!
Then, Sunday I went to church at 10 with Christine as usual and then
we went straight to work and I worked from 12 to 5. It wasn't busy at
all so it was a nice break. Then, me and my sister ran out of there
because we had free tickets to go see the Radio City Rockettes at 7. So
we went and the show was absolutely awesome. But we got back to the car
to only see that someone broke into her car! At least were okay, it was just really scary and I don't wanna get in detail on that.
Soo, although that happened to us, it was still a good weekend. And
today, we had our field trip for Mrs. Eddy to Heinz Hall. Yeah, the
plays were boring but Olive Garden after was awesome. Kristen, Allen,
Kelsey, Jamie, and me all sat at a table and Becky was there too and it
was really fun. They are way awesome kids and I freakin' love them all
to death<3, no matter how much they cut up on me haha
I seem pretty busy the rest of the week too, heres whats up..
Tomorrow/Wednesday-Spaghetti Dinner with Michelle all night! And a payday for me.
Thursday- I might be going out to get my guitar!! Not
quite positive because my mom says that I can probably get a better
deal on the day after Thanksgiving and she is right so I might just do
that..
Friday- Our Soccer Banquet!
Saturday- Work and then probably going to Autumn's B-Day party afterrrr
Sunday- No work and musical tryouts, and I'm starting to get a
little nervous about that, because I don't like trying out! Oh well..
lol
Soo, it sounds like it should be another good weekend! Well thats
all for now and I don't want to type anymore soo I'm outta here!
